I’m Donna Peters, a registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in helping fabulous yet exhausted women finally look and feel great without counting calories, obsessively exercising or adopting weird regimes during all 3 phases of menopause - peri, actual and post.

So last week I joined the '7 Day Gentle Detox Plan’, with the aim of re-setting and re-balancing my body and WOW what a great week. I feel totally refreshed, found my interest in food again, have lost 4 lbs, my gut is settled, and I feel less ‘sluggish’.
Donna is excellent at what she does. Supportive, knowledgeable and realistic. Her recipes are easy and delicious.
