So last week I joined the '7 Day Gentle Detox Plan’, with the aim of re-setting and re-balancing my body and WOW what a great week. I feel totally refreshed, found my interest in food again, have lost 4 lbs, my gut is settled, and I feel less ‘sluggish’.

Donna is excellent at what she does. Supportive, knowledgeable and realistic. Her recipes are easy and delicious. The hardest thing for me was no ‘pots of tea’ first thing in the morning... but guess what, today I am still on lemon & hot water as my first drink of the day. So there are definitely some things I will be carrying on with. Well done to all the girls that did the week with me, the support and encouragement really helped.
