Donna Peters
Registered Nutritional Therapist
DipION, mBANT, CNHC
Donna is a registered nutritional therapist and member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Donna trained at the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, graduating after 4 years with an advanced diploma in Nutritional Therapy.

Donna specialises in supporting busy, ambitious women through perimenopause and menopause — because she understands this stage of life both professionally and personally.
At 54, Donna knows first-hand how hormonal changes can affect energy, mood, sleep, confidence and overall wellbeing, especially when combined with the pressures of career, business and family life.
Before retraining in nutrition, Donna spent 15 years working as a Client Services Director in Bromley, thriving in a fast-paced corporate career she genuinely loved. But after struggling with her own health in her early 40s, she made the bold decision to completely change direction, retrain as a nutritional therapist and create a very different way of living and working.
Now with over 10 years of clinical experience, Donna combines evidence-based nutrition with a refreshingly realistic approach. She understands that most women don’t have hours to spend batch cooking, meditating or following complicated wellness routines — they simply want to feel better, with support that fits into real life.
Alongside her private clinic work, Donna also delivers corporate wellbeing support and workplace wellness talks. Although now based in rural Cumbria — where life includes dogs, chickens, ducks, sheep and learning to cook on an old Aga — most of her consultations take place online via Zoom, allowing her to work with women throughout the UK and internationally.
