I'm Donna, a registered nutritional therapist and member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), as well as a health coach with Zest4Life. I trained at the world renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, graduating after 4 years with an advanced diploma in Nutritional Therapy.

I have a passion for good, wholesome food and strongly believe that what we eat has the power to support and improve our health and overall wellbeing. Food is huge part of my life, whether it's choosing what to buy in a newly discovered farm shop, to unpacking my goodies and cooking up a meal that everyone can sit down and enjoy together. Food is to be enjoyed, and as more and more medical research is proving, it can also vastly influence our health. Good nutrition and eating well is NOT about deprivation, it’s about understanding the specific nutrients our bodies need in order to ensure we function to our optimum and learn how to create tasty meals, so you can include them in your every diet – and that’s where my nutrition knowledge can help you.
